I’m Nick Gilmour, and I’ve spent more than 20 years leading product at Skydio, Axon, GoPro, Amazon, and HP — across mobile devices, cameras, drones, autonomy, and real-time software platforms.
While the technologies and industries have varied, the common thread has been the same: uncover the core customer problems to build products that make a real impact.
My journey has spanned from shaping consumer products that defined categories and reached millions, to building tools for public safety and defense that absolutely had to deliver when lives were on the line.
I started Gilmour Advisory to bring that breadth of experience to teams tackling their own ambitious challenges.
